1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the dess77 website, its subdomains, mobile interface, and any associated services accessible via dess77.app.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the dess77 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account held by a User on the dess77 platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account under a dess77 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of qualifying bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency denomination used for all Account transactions on the dess77 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process carried out by dess77 prior to permitting withdrawals or in response to risk triggers.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity described in Section 10 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and use of automated systems.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the dess77 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any way, you conclusively confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.
• You have read and agree to the dess77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own initiative, and that use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You accept that dess77 may amend these Terms at any time and that your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

Use of the dess77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. dess77 operates a strict 18+ policy. If at any point it is determined that a Player is under 18 years of age, the Account will be immediately closed, all pending transactions cancelled, and any net winnings forfeited. Deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after a review period.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction before registering or playing.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You must not be acting as an agent, trustee, or representative of a third party when registering an Account or making transactions on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the dess77 platform or any related platform at the time of registration. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion order constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

dess77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of dess77 services, including real-money betting and casino gameplay, you must register an Account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• You may hold only one (1) Account on the dess77 platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, names, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and mobile number. dess77 will rely on this information when processing KYC verification and financial transactions.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including family members, friends, or agents.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your dess77 Account that is not used on any other platform or service.
• You must notify dess77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, or if your credentials have been lost, stolen, or compromised.
• dess77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to safeguard their credentials or has shared them with a third party.
• dess77 may lock an Account and request identity re-verification if unusual activity, login patterns, or security anomalies are detected.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dess77 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit on dess77 is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Accepted Payment Methods: dess77 currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited within minutes of confirmation. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing institution.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Player's Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: dess77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for mobile banking methods under normal operating conditions. Complex withdrawal requests or those flagged for additional review may take longer. dess77 does not guarantee specific processing times.
• Transaction Limits: dess77 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per time period. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated without prior notice.
• Transaction Fees: dess77 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, your issuing bank) may apply its own charges, over which dess77 has no control.
• Refusal of Transactions: dess77 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or hold any transaction where fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or other prohibited conduct is suspected.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

dess77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload offers, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. A bonus must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited in Bonus Funds and held separately from real money Balance. Real money is always wagered first unless the Platform specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players who create multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses will forfeit all bonus-derived winnings and may have all associated accounts permanently closed.
• dess77 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that reasonable notice is given where operationally practicable.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that have not been completed before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Certain games may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. This is specified in individual promotion terms.
• dess77 may require Players to opt in to a promotion before it becomes active. Bonuses claimed after the opt-in window closes are not valid.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the dess77 platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. If a price change occurs between placing and confirmation, the Player will be notified and may accept or reject the revised price.
• dess77 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including placing maximum bet limits on specific markets or for specific Players, without providing a reason.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently voided, postponed, or abandoned will be settled in accordance with dess77's specific event settlement rules, which are published in the Platform's sports rules section.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — including but not limited to technical errors that result in odds that are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market prices — dess77 reserves the right to void affected bets at its absolute discretion.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to the same general rules as pre-match betting, with additional provisions that account for connection delays and the dynamic nature of live markets. Players accept that delays in live data feeds may affect the odds available.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the Player's Account Balance automatically following event completion and verification of results.

9 Casino Games

The following terms apply to all casino gameplay on the dess77 platform, including slots, live dealer tables (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi), Andar Bahar, crash games, and all other casino products:

• All casino games offered on dess77 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness. RNG certification details are available on request from support.
• Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) under their own applicable rules, which are displayed within each game session. dess77 is not responsible for game rule changes made by third-party providers.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the game engine will continue to process the round according to its rules. The outcome of an interrupted round will be stored and made available upon reconnection. dess77 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by the Player's device, network, or internet service provider.
• Malfunctions of game software — including display errors, frozen screens, or calculation errors — void all pays and plays for the affected round. Players will be refunded the bet amount for a confirmed malfunction.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dess77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or any other form of deception in connection with Account registration or transactions.
• Money Laundering: Using the dess77 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to disguise the origin of such funds.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker room, live dealer game, or tournament offered on the platform.
• Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of match fixing or corrupt activity in sporting events, or placing bets intended to manipulate market prices.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit game mechanics without human intervention.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through coordinated play, low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other manipulation of promotional mechanics.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals with your payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings derived from the disputed funds on the dess77 platform.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the dess77 platform or any game to gain a financial advantage. Players who identify errors are required to report them to support immediately.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the dess77 platform — including but not limited to the dess77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of dess77 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dess77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any dess77 content without prior written consent.
• Use the dess77 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in connection with any third-party product, service, or marketing activity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software component of the dess77 platform.

Any unauthorised use of dess77 intellectual property may result in legal action. Reports of intellectual property infringement should be directed to [email protected].

12 Responsible Gaming

dess77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players on the platform. The following tools and policies are in place to support Players who wish to manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated session time alerts that notify them when a defined period of continuous play has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days to their Account. During a cooling-off period, login access is restricted and no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a longer break may apply for self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 6 months to permanent closure. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

13 Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, dess77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dess77's liability for death or personal injury caused by dess77's proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by dess77.

14 Amendments to These Terms

dess77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dess77 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the platform and/or by sending an email to the address associated with your Account.

Amended Terms take effect on the date specified in the update notice. Your continued use of the dess77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact support to close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms, together with the effective date, is always available at dess77.app/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
